Processing Services Operator

This is an exciting opportunity for an honest and hardworking person to work with the processing team and support them in all areas of maintaining primary services related to the Run of Mine (ROM) pad, the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) and site haul/access roads. As a cooperative and dependable individual, you will be operating a wide range of mobile plant and become a trusted and loyal part of our supportive Deflector team.You will be responsible for:Safe and efficient operation of mobile plant (Loaders, Graders, Moxy, Excavator, Skid steer, Dozer, Water cart)Role modelling safe work practicesOperation and repairs of the TSF distribution pipework, including polywelding as neededSite road maintenance, including grading / dust suppressionScat sorting, benching and relocationMobile equipment trainingProject works (final trim, trenching, site civil construction)ABOUT YOU:We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy person with the ability to work both independently and as a considerate team member. You are a hard-working and self-motivated person with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
