Silver Lake’s recent acquisitions establish them as a multi-asset, mid-tier gold producer with the financial strength to be a leading growth-focused gold company.Rothsay Gold Mine is located north-east of Perth and only one hour by plane, and two hours drive from Geraldton. THE ROLE:The role will provide preventative and breakdown maintenance, repairs, and to organise and co-ordinate specialised repairs and maintenance activities with external contractors. Key areas of maintenance responsibilities of this role will include:Waste water treatment plant and spray fieldsRO plant, borefield pumping and reticulation systemsSite and village plumbing and reticulation systemsVillage fixed infrastructure and buildings such as kitchen, laundries, accommodation blocksSite fixed infrastructure such as washdown bay and oily water separator, TSF pumping system and site officesBioremediation pad management and recovery of spilled hydrocarbonsWaste landfill facilities – both putrescible and inertBorrow pit for excavation of material to use as landfill coverageControl of weeds and regrowth around the site, village and airstripOther miscellaneous duties of a similar nature as requested by the site Registered Manager or Alternate RMABOUT YOU:As a passionate and results-driven professional, you will bring your technical expertise and analytical approach to this dynamic and challenging role.
