With our base in Australia, Vault Minerals is now strategically positioned to unlock greater value, expand our operations, and execute our strategy of providing larger, longer-life, and lower-cost gold production. The Mount Monger Operation (MMO) is an expansive tenement package located 50km southeast of Kalgoorlie. Spanning multiple gold mineralisation styles, this dynamic operation currently includes the Daisy Milano Underground Mine, the Santa, French Kiss and Flora Dora Open pit mines and the Randalls Gold Processing Facility.Reporting to the Senior Site Administrator, the Site Administrator will provide general administrative support at Santa, French Kiss, and Flora Dora Open Pit mines, as well as data input and system administration for Vault Minerals (VAU) using Pronto, CTM, Inflight, and Site Pass.Position will be offered on an 8:6 roster from Perth or surrounding areas. Key responsibilities of this role will include:Manage and maintain site rosters for personnel movements in Inflight – days worked, flights, leave, etc.Monitor daily Fitness for Work (breathalyser) reports and follow up on anomalies.Booked and managed site mobilisation and accommodation requirements for Vault employees and selected contractors.Manager the reception area & all incoming calls.Assist accounts & payroll teams with collation and submissions of purchase receipts, timesheets, leave forms, etc.Prepare Requisitions and Purchase Orders for various departments.
