This role will be offered on a FIFO or DIDO 2/2 Roster based at our King of the Hills Operation.Point of hire: PERTH, WAAbout the RoleOperating the plant and equipment in a safe, productive and efficient manner to maximise the effectiveness of metallurgical production through effective usage of systems and procedures.Practical operation of all processing plant equipment relating to: Crushing, grinding, leach and adsorption, elution circuit, tails storage facility, and gold room dutiesMaximise return on assets through effective utilisation of those assets with due consideration of safety, people and environmental issues.Identify and diagnose, where possible, items of plant that require preventative maintenance or repair.Assist Maintenance Technicians in the repair of equipment to ensure minimal impact on production.Carry out minor maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in the safe and correct use of the following equipment - I.T Loader, Skid Steer, Gantry Crane & Tele-HanderMonitor use of reagents.Ensure production activities achieve maximum effective use of plant and equipment.Productively participate as a member of the Metallurgy & Maintenance Services TeamAbout YouDemonstrate knowledge of and proficiency in the following sections of the plant, in accordance with the current training manuals and task procedures:Elution, Regeneration Kiln, Leach / Adsorption, Grinding, ReagentsMinimum 3 years experience in a similar role Computing skills in word processing, spread sheets and databases.Valid C Class Driver’s licenseDesirableSound knowledge of processing technologies and equipmentEWPForklift LicenceHR LicenceSenior First Aid CertificateWith an exciting future ahead, Vault Minerals is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a rewarding career in the mining industry.
