The Darlot mine is located about 900 km northeast of Perth and 121 km north of Leonora, in the Goldfields Region of Western Australia.Job Description:The primary responsibility of the Nipper is to support the mining team in achieving daily targets by working closely with the drill operators. This includes ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and within the required timeframes.This role will be offered on a FIFO or DIDO 7 nights on, 7 days on, 14 days off based at our Darlot Gold Mine Operation.Point of hire: PERTH, WAKey responsibilities will include:Ensure that the company has the capacity to achieve Zero Harm by actively identifying and reporting hazards using the sites hazard reporting systemProvide reliable and accurate assistance and practical application to minimise down time and potential loss of production within the mining teamDemonstrate good organization skills, understand the heading priorities, and work with the drillers to prevent delays.Willingness to be flexible and work in other roles. Setting up cross-shift properly.Demonstration of good organization with prioritization of Drill rigs.
