Job Description:Vault Minerals is looking for a Mill Shift Supervisor to join the team at King of the Hills Gold Mine. This role is responsible for supervising frontline crews and mentoring process plant personnel. The shift supervisor will ensure the efficient and safe daily operation of the Processing Facility, focusing on maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, troubleshooting, and time management. The goal is to meet company targets while adhering to approved systems and processes.This role is offered on a 14/14 roster - FIFO from Perth.Key responsibilities will include:Ensure safe work systems/procedures are always practised and adhered to ensure duties are performed in a manner that minimises risk to employees and contractors.Maintain optimum output for the processing plant by monitoring and directing adjustment of operating variables and equipment during each shift as required. Optimise plant performance in each section of the process plant, including crushing, grinding, leaching, tailings dams and water circuits.Monitor and operate the tailings storage facilities and water systems to ensure there are no breaches of company procedures, legislation or environmental regulations.Insist upon an exemplary standard of housekeeping from crew.   • WA Driver’s Licence – C Class
