The ore is contained in a series of structurally complex lodes, namely the Deflector and Deflector Southwest deposits.Reporting to the Mill Foreman, The Mill Shift Supervisor will take ownership and accountability for the safe and optimal operation of the Processing plant, ROM and Tailings facilities by their crew while on shift. You will champion best practice within your team, while ensuring operators are continuously developed and upskilled in new areas of the plant. You will build excellent working relationships with your cross shift and back-to-back Supervisors, ensuring consistent and smooth overall operation of the Processing plant.The Deflector Processing Plant produces both Gold bullion and Copper concentrate, and has recently undergone a major expansion to add a CIP circuit to the existing crushing, grinding, Gravity separation and Floatation circuits.
