With our base in Australia, Vault Minerals is now strategically positioned to unlock greater value, expand our operations, and execute our strategy of providing larger, longer-life, and lower-cost gold production.The Corporate Human Resource team operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing HR support from our South Perth office across our Darlot, King of Hills, Deflector, Rothsay, and Mount Monger operation sites.THE ROLE:The Human Resources Advisor is a new position reporting to the Human Resources Manager. The HR advisor will provide a full spectrum of HR advisory services to both management and employees, manage allocated key HR projects, and improve HR processes and customer interactions through system enhancements and technology advancements. The Human Resources Advisor will also be the primary Human Resources contact for allocated sites.This role will be offered on a Monday to Friday basis at our corporate office in South Perth with regular site visits.Key responsibilities of this role will include:Generalist Human ResourcesAdvise leaders on and process terminations, promotions, internals transfers.Support the HR Manager in the development, implementation and review of all human resources policies and procedures.Support the HR Manager with HR reporting requirements.Ensure company human resources practices comply with the appropriate policies and procedures and current legislation.Provide advice to all employees in a timely manner as required.Advise, influence and support leaders with human resources practices.Conduct workplace investigations when required.Draft written warnings, termination letters and any other related HR correspondence.Support on-site leaders by ensuring regular site visits throughout the year.Coordinate the development and maintenance of position descriptions.Audit HR and Payroll systems and processes regularly to ensure compliance.Complete HR projects as directed by the HR ManagerLearning & DevelopmentCoordinate learning and development opportunities, processes and system development and enhancement that enables and promotes the growth of high-performing people and businesses.Coordinating delivery of learning and development activities.Managing relationships with external providers and organisations.ABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will possess the following:Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant discipline (desirable) or significant experience in a similar positionIn-depth understanding of modern human resources practices, policies, procedures, and the Industrial Relations Framework.Experience in undertaking workplace investigations, making sound judgements and assisting in solving complex problems.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple and diverse tasks and work under pressure.Strong problem-solving, diplomacy, and discretion skills, along with the ability to influence leaders effectively.Ability to provide excellent service delivery and communicate effectively with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing.WA Driver’s License -C Class (Manual preferred)An industry-benchmarked salary and the opportunity to join an established, stable, and financially secure company are on offer to attract people who want to make a long-term commitment to an organisation. OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:As part of our recruitment process, we require a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and a National Police Clearance.If you would like to join us on our growth journey, please apply now.Vaults Minerals kindly requests that agencies do not send unsolicited resumes unless specifically invited to do so.
