THE ROLE:
This is an exciting time to take a leadership role at the high margin, low-cost Deflector Mine, as we capitalise on the development to the new high-grade South-West lodes. Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent and taking day-to-day responsibility of managing the Production and Planning teams, you will develop mine schedules and ensure weekly and monthly delivery to the mine plan. You will play a key part in achieving company production and safety targets and ensuring your team’s compliance with systems and processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role managing a talented team of Engineers during an expansion phase of the Deflector Mine. This role is offered on an 15:13 roster either FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Geraldton and surrounding areas.
