We currently have a vacancy for a 2IC Process Operator. This role requires an experienced process operator with the proven ability to work at the highest level (in terms of quality, efficiency, trouble-shooting and time) and who will be willing and able to cover for a Shift Supervisor when called upon for Silver Lake Resources (SLR).This position is offered on an 8:6/7:7 Roster FIFO or DIDO (please note whilst on roster you will be required to reside in camp. The successful candidates will fill the following requirements:At least 5 years’ experience in a CIL/CIP (Carbon-in-Leach or Carbon-in-Pulp) gold processing plantExperienced in 3-stage crushing and 2-stage milling circuitsFamiliarity with Elution circuits (AARL or Zadra processes)Exposure to gravity concentration and recoveryValid WA Driver's licenseAbility to operate IT and skid steer loadersWorking at heights, confined space entry and first aid qualifications are advantageousApplicants should specify their experience with each of the above criteria in a cover letter.
