As a cooperative and dependable individual, you will be operating a wide range of mobile plant and become a trusted and loyal part of our supportive Deflector team.You Will Be Responsible For:Role modelling safe work practicesSafe and efficient operation of mobile plant (Loaders, Graders, Moxi, Excavator, Bobcat, Dozer, Water cart, Roller as required)Timely management of oversize ore, rock breaking and relocation of waste;Management of the road surfaces, includingROM running tracksROM rampsAccess/ Haul roadsMine steel collection and relocationSetup and repairs of TSF distribution pipework, including polywelding as neededSite road maintenance, including management of dust suppression;Scat sorting, benching and relocationMobile equipment training and VOC of operational staffProject works where requiredAbout You:We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy person with the ability to work both independently and as a considerate team player.
