We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Exploration Geologist to join our recently amalgamated Exploration team. Working across all Exploration projects within Silver Lake's tenements surrounding the Mount Monger, Deflector and Rothsay operations, you will have exposure to exploration in seven distinct lithological packages. This is an incredible opportunity as a graduate to gain exposure to exploration methodologies from first-pass exploration through to resource definition programs. You will gain experience across a suite of mineralisation styles and deposits, including:Narrow, vein hosted high-grade gold (world-class deposit)Mafic/ultramafic hosted gold-copperAmphibolite facies hosted high grade goldSedimentary iron hosted goldAssociated supergene mineralisationYour responsibilities will include:Assisting with Supervision of AC, RC and DD rigs, including data capture and entry, QAQC and data validationAssisting with design, coordination and implementation of mapping, surface sampling, and drill programsAssisting with analysis and interpretation of drilling results, and the generation of new targetsAssisting with validation and interrogation of historical dataWorking safely and effectively, both autonomously and as part of a small, dynamic teamFostering positive relationships with contractors, external departments, technical specialists and relevant stakeholdersAs a switched on and hard working recent graduate, you will bring your drive and can-do attitude to this role.
