Site Administrator – Rothsay

This is an exciting opportunity to join a project at inception and make your mark on the success of new mine. The Rothsay Gold Project is located approximately 300kms north-north east of Perth and 85km south-east of Silver Lake’s Deflector Operations. A largely undeveloped asset, Rothsay has a current Mineral Resource of 454koz at 9.2g/t. Silver Lake is planning to commence surface infrastructure establishment for the Rothsay mine from Q4 FY20, with mine development estimated to commence late Q1 FY21.THE ROLE:We are looking for a highly experienced, motivated and dedicated Site Administration professional to be an integral part of the Rothsay Mine’s success. Working as part of the Administration team, and reporting to the Registered Manager, you will provide day to day administration to the site, including site travel, mobilisation, employee/contractor movement and camp management.Key responsibilities of this role will include:Provide administrative and clerical support to site personnel and management;Manage site personnel mobilisation, access, transport, flights and accommodation;Manage village occupancy and maintenance;Assist with accounts and payroll;Data collation, entry and preparation of weekly and monthly reports;Display strong organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;Provide coverage or support to the Stores during peak periods or to cover absences;Recommend and implement any relevant updates to the Administration processes and documentation;Daily use of MS Office, INX and Pronto.ABOUT YOUYou are a driven and passionate Site Administration professional with a can-do attitude and collaborative approach. You recognise that teamwork is key, and that communication plays a vital role in success.
