A vacancy exists for a Maintenance Foreman at our Mount Monger Operations the position is residential based in Kalgoorlie on a 5:2 roster. The role is responsible for maintaining the light vehicle fleet, mobile equipment fleet and fixed assets across the Mount Monger Operations for Silver Lake Resources. The position provides supervision and a safe working environment to on-site maintenance personnel, ensuring planned maintenance and servicing of site mobile and fixed plant equipment is carried out efficiently and safely.In this role you will be responsible for:⢠Coordinating and supervising personnel to undertake preventative, scheduled and breakdown maintenance on mobile assets, fixed plant assets and building maintenance.⢠Supervising onsite maintenance boilermaker/fitter and LV fitters’ personnel at Daisy Milano⢠Coordinating the light vehicle maintenance schedule, parts ordering and statutory testing.⢠Coordinating general condition reports on mobile and fixed plant arriving onsite.⢠Developing and maintaining up-to-date job procedures for all tasks performed.⢠All Classified Plant for the operations outside the processing plant⢠Monitoring and maintaining surface water infrastructure, including fresh water distribution and mine water.⢠Coordinating and supervising personnel and/or contractors to undertake site surface and underground infrastructure projects.⢠Maintenance tracking via Pronto of current SLR fixed and mobile assets⢠Ensuring compliance with SLR safety policies, the Act & Regulations and other appropriate legislation.⢠To be successful in this role, you will need:⢠WA Driver’s Licence minimum C class⢠Australian recognised light vehicle trade certificate⢠Strong knowledge of commercial mining fleet⢠Ability to plan maintenance activities: experience with planned maintenance and exposure to Pronto is advantageous⢠To hold, or the ability to gain the following:o Forklift License,o High Risk Licence â Dogging and Rigging Basic,o Integrated Tool Carrier certificationIf this role sounds like the challenge you are looking for then please click "Apply Now" and follow the prompts.
